We're excited to have you join us for the thrilling Boddington Rodeo Weekend,

taking place from Friday, November 1st to Sunday, November 3rd, 2024.

Booking Your Campsite:

  • To secure your spot, please fill out a separate booking request form for each campsite bay you require. You can find the booking form at the bottom of this page. There are no bay allocations for Rodeo weekend. You will be assigned a bay upon arrival. If you wish to camp with your friends, you need to turn up at the same time.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your bay(s) for the weekend. Follow the instructions on the booking form for payment options. Please note that all Rodeo Weekend bookings are non-refundable.

  • Please be aware that the bay size is 10x5 meters and all vehicles and camping equipment must fit within your assigned bay. This size for example will fit a Caravan and a 4x4 vehicle OR 1 minivan and 4 swags OR a sedan car with a 6-man tent. Depending on your camping setup, you may require more than 1 bay.

Important Reminders:

  • Family-Friendly Environment: Armoin is a family-friendly park. While we understand guests may return late from the Rodeo (until around 1am Sunday morning), please be respectful of quiet time after 10pm for our younger campers. RowdyNoisy behavior after 10PM is not permitted.

  • Shuttle Bus: A convenient shuttle bus will operate between Armoin and the rodeo grounds from 10am to midnight on Saturday. The bus runs approximately every 30-45 minutes from each location. Tickets are $10 per person and allow for unlimited rides throughout the day. Be aware that there may be wait times during peak periods.

Campsite Information:

  • Check-in: Friday, November 1st, from 1pm (unless prior arrangements have been made)

  • Check-out: Sunday, November 3rd, by 2pm

  • Bay Size: 10x5 meters (all vehicles and camping equipment must fit within your assigned bay).

  • Maximum of 6 occupants per bay including adults, children and babies.

  • Toilets: Available for all camping areas during the event.

  • No Showers are available for this event.

  • No Fires Allowed: The burning period for the shire has ended in October.

Nature-Based Park:

Please be aware that Armoin is a nature-based park and does not offer:

  • Power

  • Water (bring all water for your entire stay, including drinking water)

  • Kitchen facilities

  • Laundry facilities

A dump point is available for caravans with chemical toilets.

Pet Policy: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the rodeo grounds or left unattended at Armoin. This will be a strictly dog-free weekend for campers.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds available for rodeo weekend bookings.

Before you book your campsite for the rodeo weekend, carefully review the add-on options when booking. Here are a few important reminders:

  1. Please choose the correct number of adults for your bay out of the options below.

  2. Each booking is for 1 bay ONLY. If you plan on booking multiple bays, you need to make a separate booking for each bay required.

  3. Maximum of 6 occupants per bay including adults, children and babies.

  4. You need to ensure that all your vehicles and camping equipment will fit within your 10x5m bay.

  5. BUS TICKETS: Don't forget to purchase bus tickets! Select the correct number of bus tickets for both adults and children on your bay.

Please note that all bookings for

the rodeo weekend are non-refundable.
