Rodeo Last Minute Bookings!!

Rodeo Weekend Camping Information

  • All bookings are non-refundable.

  • Campsites are booked for the full weekend:
    🗓️ Friday 1 PM to Sunday 2 PM
    ✅ Check-in: Friday 1 PM – 9 PM or Saturday from 8:30 AM

  • No pre-allocated bays – you’ll be assigned a bay on arrival.
    If you want to camp next to friends, arrive together.

  • Bay size is 10x5 meters. Everything must fit within your space – including vehicles, tents, swags, etc.
    Example setups that fit in one bay:

    • Caravan + 4x4

    • Minivan + 4 swags

    • Sedan + 6-man tent

Shuttle Bus Info

  • A shuttle bus runs Saturday 9:30 AM – Midnight, approx. every 15 minutes.

  • Travel between Armoin and the Rodeo Grounds.

  • Bus tickets are included with all bookings - unlimited trips included.

Booking Instructions

  • Make sure to select the correct group type for your campsite (e.g. 1 adult, mixed adults, etc.).

  • Double-check each option before booking – spaces are limited and can’t be changed at this late stage.

The Rodeo is sold out - there will be no gate sales if you don’t already have a ticket
