Night Owl Area – For the Late-Night Crew

 

This one’s for the night owls – if you plan on staying up late, sharing stories, and soaking in the full Rodeo weekend vibe, this is the spot for you.

  • You're welcome to chat, laugh, and enjoy drinks into the early hours, but…

  • No amplified music or bullwhips after 10 PM – let’s keep it fun, not rowdy.

 

Rodeo Weekend Camping Information

  • All bookings are non-refundable.

  • Campsites are booked for the full weekend:
    🗓️ Friday 1 PM to Sunday 2 PM
    ✅ Check-in: Friday 1 PM – 9 PM or Saturday from 8:30 AM

  • No pre-allocated bays – you’ll be assigned a bay on arrival.
    If you want to camp next to friends, arrive together.

  • Bay size is 10x5 meters. Everything must fit within your space – including vehicles, tents, swags, etc.
    Example setups that fit in one bay:

    • Caravan + 4x4

    • Minivan + 4 swags

    • Sedan + 6-man tent

Shuttle Bus Info

  • A shuttle bus runs Saturday 9:30 AM – Midnight, approx. every 30 minutes.

  • Travel between Armoin and the Rodeo Grounds.

  • Unlimited rides included in your booking – no extra cost.

Booking Instructions

  • Choose the correct group type when booking (e.g. solo adult, mixed group, etc.).

  • Double-check each option before booking – spaces are limited and can’t be changed later.

  • All bookings include shuttle bus tickets.

Important Booking Info: All Rodeo bookings are for the full weekend, starting from Friday.
Even if you plan to arrive on Saturday, you’ll still need to book from Friday, as there are no single-day bookings.
