We're excited to have you join us for the Boddington Rodeo Weekend,
taking place on the 1st Weekend in November every year.
Rodeo Weekend Camping Information
All bookings are non-refundable.
All bookings are for the full weekend, from Friday 1pm - Sunday 2pm. Check in times are from 1pm - 9pm on Friday and from 8.30am on Saturday.
If you wish to camp with your friends, you need to turn up at the same time. There are no bay allocations for Rodeo weekend. You will be assigned a bay upon arrival.
Please be aware that the bay size is 10x5 meters and all vehicles and camping equipment must fit within your assigned bay. This size for example will fit a Caravan and a 4x4 vehicle OR 1 minivan and 4 swags OR a sedan car with a 6-man tent.
Depending on your camping setup, you may require more than 1 bay. To secure your spot, please fill out a separate booking request form for each campsite bay you require.
Family-Friendly Environment: Armoin is a family-friendly park. While we understand guests may return late from the Rodeo (until around 1am Sunday morning), please be respectful of quiet time after 10pm for our younger campers. Noisy behaviour after 10PM is not permitted.
Shuttle Bus: A shuttle bus will operate between Armoin and the rodeo grounds from 9.30am to midnight on Saturday. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes from each location. Tickets are $10 per person and allow for unlimited rides throughout the day. Be aware that there may be wait times during peak periods.
Additional Campsite Information:
Toilets: Available for all camping areas during the event.
A dump point is available for caravans with chemical toilets.
No Showers are available for this event.
No Fires Allowed: The burning period for the shire has ended on November 1.
No Power, Kitchen, or Laundry facilities.
No potable water available (bring all water for your entire stay, including drinking water)
Please be responsible and take out your rubbish. We encourage bringing your own rubbish bags.
Pet Policy: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the rodeo grounds or left unattended at Armoin. This will be a strictly dog-free weekend for campers.
Boddington Rodeo Weekend At Armoin Booking Form
Before you book your campsite for the rodeo weekend, carefully review the add-on options when booking. Here are a few important reminders:
Please choose the correct number of adults for your bay out of the 4 options below.
BUS TICKETS running on Saturday: Don't forget to purchase bus tickets on the next page! Select the check box for the correct number of bus tickets for both adults and children on your bay.
Maximum of 6 occupants per bay including adults, children and babies. There is a max of 4 adults per bay.
You need to ensure that all your vehicles and camping equipment will fit within your 10m x 5m bay (see above for examples).
Each booking is for 1 bay ONLY. If you plan on booking multiple bays, you need to make a separate booking for each bay required.
Bus runs from 9.30am to Midnight on Saturday to get everyone back to the campground.
We do not sell rodeo tickets. Online purchasing has now closed for the 2024 rodeo, there will be gate sales on the day. To purchase your tickets, please visit the official Boddington Lions Rodeo website: https://boddingtonlionsrodeo.com.au/tickets
Make sure you remember to bring all your drinking WATER (there is NO potable water available onsite!) and a torch for going to the toilet at night.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you would like to stay please TEXT (do not call we will not answer) 0437 906 510 to see if we have availability. If we return your text we may still have room, if we don't respond this means we are full. Any bookings from Thursday afternoon will need to be paid in CASH only. $50 per bay for up to 2 adults, $10 bus tickets.
